For foreign companies, please send the following documents to us within one week of subscription for compliance checks:

  • Company Registration Document (equivalent to Singapore’s BizFile)
  • List of Members / Officers / Shareholders / Agents, if not included in the registration document
  • Beneficial Owner Declaration (if applicable – required if any individual directly or indirectly owns or controls more than 25% of the company and is not already listed in the members file)
