We’re excited to announce a new feature in your client portal! You can now easily view the collection due date for your items.

As you know, we offer the longest free storage period in the industry:

• 📄 Normal letters – 1 year
• 📦 Parcels – 3 months
• 🏷️ Bulky items – 1 week

(all subject to your subscription due date)

Despite this generous allowance, many customers still forget to collect their mail on time. To help you stay on top of things, we’ve added a new “Collect By” column in the Mailroom page.

This way, you’ll always know the exact deadline to collect your items and avoid any inconvenience.
