ACRA BizFile Update: Download Your Business Profile Faster Than Ever

If you've recently registered or updated your company with ACRA, here's some good news that will save you a few steps.

Starting 27 March 2026, ACRA has simplified the way you receive your free Business Profile. Instead of navigating through multiple pages to download it, your Business Profile will now be sent directly as an attachment to your Bizfile inbox — within 15 minutes of a successful filing.

What this means for you:

• Faster access to your Business Profile right after filing
• No more searching around for the download link
• Simply log in to bizfile.gov.sg, check your inbox, and download it directly from the notification

Eligibility for the free Business Profile remains unchanged.

Why does this matter for VOfficeSingapore customers?

As part of our compliance process, we require customers to upload their Business Profile to the Client Portal. With this update, getting hold of your BizFile is now quicker and more straightforward — so you can complete your compliance submission without delay.
