This Virtual Office Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between HARBOR PRIVATE LIMITED ("vofficesingapore.com" or "we" or "us") and the customer ("you" or "your"), and governs the use of our virtual office services.
We will provide you with the virtual office services that you have subscribed to, as described on our website or as otherwise agreed between us. The services include a virtual office address, mail and courier handling, and other related services.
Our virtual office services are subscription-based, and one plan is for one company only. You agree to pay the subscription fee for the duration of the subscription period.
Using or sharing the address with companies without proper subscription is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Termination of all services for the customers and companies involved.
- Imposition of a S$30 administrative charge per violation, in addition to the subscription price.
After the expiration or termination of the subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to promptly update the registered company address and any other associated addresses previously using our virtual office services. This applies whether you are acting as company staff, owner, or service provider.
Failing to do so will incur subscription charges and may cause all services under your account to be suspended or terminated. We retain the right to refuse or return mail sent to the company or individual without a valid subscription and may impose an administration fee for such instances.
Any mail not collected within 30 days of the subscription's expiration date will be disposed of to maintain the security and confidentiality of your correspondence. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the disposal.
We reserve the right to terminate your virtual office subscription and services without a refund if your company or a related party affects the normal operation of the virtual office, such as harassment by creditors.
We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your virtual office services without a refund if you breach any other terms of this Agreement or fail to make payment for outstanding charges or fees.
The customer agrees to use the virtual office services in a responsible and reasonable manner. Customers are prohibited from using the virtual office address to receive any bulky (items larger than 25 x 34 x 26 cm) or heavy (items over 10 kg) packages. Bulky items will incur a handling charge starting from S$10, which may be waived for the first instance only.
The use of this address to import food, health products, drugs, hazardous materials, or illegal items without the proper license is strictly prohibited.
All deliveries must be made by postal or courier services; personal deliveries are not allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any of the above-mentioned prohibited items.
To ensure smooth mail delivery and prevent disruptions, we kindly request that you avoid sending bulky parcels to our mailbox. Bulky items may occupy the entire mailbox, blocking incoming letters for other recipients.
For the first violation of this clause, a warning notice will be issued. Repeated violations may result in administrative charges starting at S$10 per parcel and potential service termination to ensure our operations remain unaffected.
Instead, consider using a courier service that offers doorstep parcel delivery.
We will keep your personal and company information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or with your express permission.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, and technical failures. We are also not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of our virtual office services.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will provide you with notice of any amendments in advance, and your continued use of our virtual office services after the effective date of the amendments will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
Our staff are here to help you and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. Verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and take appropriate action. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
